The Smith Life Group is a group of mostly 30s & 40s from all walks of life, with babies to older kids, walking through life together. Strengths of this group are Biblical teaching (they enjoy good discussion, aren't scared of questions, and they try to go deep into what the Bible means and how it applies to their lives), prayer (they take time to share what's going on in life and pray about it), relationships (this is a smaller group, so it’s easy to get to know one another and build relationships) and serving (many members of this group serve in the church). The group also enjoys serving together through Bellevue Loves Memphis workdays.
Mark is a Chaplain at Baptist Healthcare-Memphis and Chaplain/Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard. Beth is the Orchestra Director at Bon Lin Middle School. They’ve been married since 2009 and they have 3 children. The Smiths enjoy reading, music, exploring, outdoor activities, and all sorts of new adventures.
